Hello, it could be sinus headache. Infected frontal or ethmoidal or spenoidal sinus could cause similar symptoms. Do you have cold? Do you have blocked nose? Do you feel lighheadedness? Do you have any fever? If so please visit a general physician, he will give you prescription for sinusitis. If it is just a mild headache dull aching type, over the counter paracetamol will help.
