Too conscious about my height
I am short , and I think being short is really hampering my confidence at work and social gathering. Sometimes I feel like running away. I lack confidence maybe because of short height. Should visit therapist about it.

Hi It is important to remember that every individual is made differently. There are many people who are short and your height does not have to make you unhappy and less confident. You can feel happy and do well in life. In order to feel better consult a psychologist who will guide you on how to feel confident and happy.

Nothing much can be done physically to increase your height. But you can increase the altitude of your attitude by changing your perception and improving over the skill set you possess. Counseling sessions would help you.

Hi... You can visit a therapist for almost anything that is troubling your mind. There is absolutely no restrain on that. What you are experiencing is body Image issue. You feel that your height is predominantly influencing your perception of self, especially in a social setting. You can improve upon your self image, self esteem, & self confidence with right therapy. CBT shall work well in your case.
