My mother is having tonsils and mild cough which comes and goes when she eats orange she gets cough she is having a bit of runny nose Post nasal drip no fever No travel history home since a month

Make her gargle with salt water 3-4 times a day. Give her paracetamol 650 tds for tonsillitis related pain. She will also need antihistaminics + antibiotics for complete relief.
