Tonsil Stones
From last couple of months I have started getting small tonsil Stones and they even go away sometimes by gargle itself or slight pressing.
The position is most of the time same as now there's more ridges on my tonsils
I suffered with tonsillitis for many years.Now it's under control. It's just tonsil Stones. No major complications just feeling of something stuck during swallowing.
What should I do to prevent reoccurance of tonsil Stones?

Maintain oral hygiene do regular gurgles with betadine diluted in half glass of water. For permanent cure get tonsillectomy done.
