From three days I had throat pain,after doing gargle I am normal now but today I found that pressing with my finger near the tonsil,stones were coming out and I know there are lots of present.What should I do now as my throat is paining again

Continue warm saline rinses 3-4 times daily for about a week.
Also take:-
Tab Azithromycin twice daily for 5 days after meals
Tab Zerodol P 8 hourly after meals
Tab Rablet D once daily for 5 days before meals
Gargle with Hexidine EP mouthwash twice daily for 14 days.
Consume hot tea,coffee,warm water soups.
Avoid anything spicy .
If no relief contact ent surgeon

Do not disturb your throat. Rinse with salt in lukewarm water after every meal atleast 5 times a day. Theyl come out on their own overtime.Sip warm liquids. Do steam inhalation. Avoid cold and spicy food and drinks.
