Dear sir, The symptoms which you have described are suggestive of a systemic rather than a dental condition. These painless spots are usually seen in either a vitamin deficiency or some sort of sexually transmitted diseases. Kindly visit a health care provider as soon as possible with all your personal history and details on hand so as to rule out any adverse condition and proper treatment for the same.
Next Steps
Visit a dentist or a health care provider.
Health Tips
Be open and frank with the doctor for complete knowledge of your condition and further treatment.
