Tongue twitch/Spasm
Hello, I burned my tongue on Tuesday with hot food. Yesterday, the spot I burned started to spasm. I can see the spasm in the center and feel it. It happened once every 30-60 seconds. Is this ok? Is it from burning my tongue? I saw my dentist and she did not seem concerned and said it could take a month to heal.

Hi , u can try this if it's not severe burn.. do salt water gargling..Add teaspoon of salt to a glass of warm water, swish it around in your mouth gently and then spit it out. Salt is a natural antiseptic that can reduce swelling and pain, ultimately relieving your burn symptoms.. n it will heal within 2 weeks if nt severe don't worry
