Tongue Tie
Hello,
My daughter has tongue tie.She is 6 months old.Should we do her tongue tie release surgery now or wait for some time.What are the cons of doing the surgery with general anaesthesia for both short & long term?

If she has no feeding difficulty can wait up to 2-3 years of age
Can be done under local anaesthesia also
Can be done with or without laser
GA itself has some risk but in good setup and with good anesthesiologist may not be a problem
