Although the description is slightly vague, but it seems that you have caused some nerve injury due to a traumatic bite. Don't worry, if this is only a traumatic injury it will get well soon within a few days or weeks, and this duration is subjective from patient to patient because nerve healing is quite unpredictable.
Although the measures that I am going to suggest to you now I am not going to heal this problem directly nonetheless you should take care of these points. Cleaning your tongue with a toothbrush after every time you brush your teeth will keep the tongue clean and free of secondary inflammation. Also warm saline rinses 4 to 5 times in a day will help to stimulate blood flow to the tissues for a better healing.
If it doesn't show signs of improvement within a week you should consult an oral pathologist or an oral medicine specialist for a proper clinical examination.
Regards.
