Tongue problem
My tongue at front side like patches on corner and last side of tongue is white layer of muscus i think due to stress . Any remedies

White patches over tongue may be due to poor oral hygiene, smoking, drinking and taking spicy foods. So improve your oral hygiene by brushing your teeth at least twice daily. Avoid/ minimise use of tobacco and alcohal. Avoid spicy foods. Use CANDID mouthpaint — 3 drops spread over tongue thrice daily for a week.
