I have been suffering from tongue pain since last 2 days. Its on left side and no bump, no ulcer nothing. It all started with simple white dot on tongue , not the dot isn't there but mild pain remains. I have no major difficulties in swallowing or talking. Generally it hurts most when I am doing nothing or keep mouth closed.
