2 months old. Tooth are tuch on lower tongue so tongue infection . White spot on lower tung. Consult the dr and solv it.

Please get your 2-month old baby assessed at earliest by a oral pathologist MDS as area near frenulum is having (?healing) ulcer.
Next Steps
Since treatment would depend on the pathology of the ulcer on underside of tongue, please get assessed by expert dentist
