My Son is 22 months and still doesn't talks. As we live in a nuclear family we gave him gadgets to keep him busy. Can this be the reason? How should I help him to talk ?

Hi, thanks for your query. Delayed speech in babies may encounter on routine basis based on many factors such as family history, autism, tongue deformities or just tongue tie.etc.....playing with gadgets doesn't cause delayed speech. As babies keep listening n observing surrounding people n try to copy. They build their vocabulary. So I would like to suggest you to see pediatrician or pediatric surgeon for same.
