High total protein with a normal albumin suggest high total globulin . This reflects the immunity provided by the antibodies . If we get an infection or inflammation , that goes up and settles down . However, if it’s persistently high or if one has bone pain in the long bones , gets recurrent infections, it’s best to get Serum Immunoglobulins and
