To take care in second trimester of preg
She is in second trimester of pregnancy, 109 days(15 weeks, 4 days)she is having bleeding problem, for that she is taking susten injection for weekly once, this month only. What are all the things she need to take care like food, exercise, and any other activities. Guide us for healthy pregnancy .

after a bleeding problem she has to do an ultrasound scans to see whether there is chronic haemorrhage or not if there is nothing then she can take healthy normal balanced diet and avoid constipation no need of any exercise just to take a bed rest and no activities can be advised this time try to avoid lifting weight and no intercourse

Continue with same medication and bed rest should be done until bleeding stops completely otherwise there is risk of spontaneous miscarriage
