You can get them removed at any dentist's office, with the consent of the dentist who treated you.

Yes you can get it removed if situation don’t permit to go back to ur old dentist.
It is advised and ethical to take a consent from ur old dentist.
Better if u can carry the preoperative photographs and study models if u have any.
