I am 17 year old but my weight is too less as compared to others at this age my weight is only 47 kg and height is 165 cm. Please help me.

Eat high protein balanced diet devided into 3 main and 3 small meals. Do regular physical activity of your choice at least for 50 mnts. sleep well and make yourself stressfree so your body system and hormones do better
