To increase breast milk
Hi, My baby is 8 days old. I had ceaserian for delivery. Till today my milk production is very minimal which is not sufficient for my baby. I have to use formula milk to feed her which I don't like. Kindly suggest something which will increase my milk production.  My breast feels very tender.Also my baby doesn't suck properly. After lil sucking she falls asleep . Please answer my query so that I can feed my baby properly. Thanks.

Crush garlic pods and tie it in a cloth and boil it with a glass of milk and 2 glasses of water, let it boil until it reduces to one glass and drink this twice a day after food. Also include methi seeds in your diet. Shatavari gulam, dashamoola jeerakarishtam etc can increase breast milk production. Baby is falling asleep because she must be tired from sucking and not getting enough milk. Also she must be getting used to bottle feed from formula feeding
