If you are having sex relationship so frequently that you have to take emergency contraception many times in a month then you should use oral contraceptive pills or get a Copper T fitted. Frequent use of emergency contraception will ruin your menstrual cycle and you will take medicine for many years to regularise your Cycles.

Nope you can’t use it all the time. If you already know that you are gonna end up having intercourse, try a better contraception. REMEMBER this is emergency contraceptive, and not just regular pill to pop. And it isn’t 100% effective, also it has side effects of nausea , vomiting , bloating, withdrawal bleeding, cycle issues

You should avoid taking it frequently as it causes irregular periods. Use barrier contraception (condom) or you can start oral contraceptive pills.
