Tmj and headaches
Actually almost three months happen after extraction of wisdom tooth. Only right side jaw and ear are pain and swelling. Even causing headaches too. Pain around jaw muscles inside and outside. Near opening and closing point is heavy and clicking and cracking sound. From jaw to down pulling and discomfort. It is not a dental problem and even I am considering surgeon. Using xnac mr tablet.

hello. you might have tmj disorder. best will be to get in touch with an oral and maxillofacial surgeon and get through evaluation done. based on that you might be given some nsaids (anti inflammatory) and exercises to be done. you will also need to get xray done mostly OPG

It is tmj disc displacement and dislocation. Muscle relaxants along with corticosteroids has to be taken to relieve the pain. You can consult through this for prescription of medication and instructions on investigations and dietary instructions and physiotherapy to be done.
