TLC is 3.4 in report lecuopenia
Hi my child was having fever..now report shows TLC as 3.4 and showing as lecuopenia and mild neutropenia...I am srsly worried ...he recover last week only...pls help and advise
Age is 4 years 4 months

It is due to drugs. Anyway all drugs are over Give lots of greens , fruits nuts{ground } .some times they aspirate into lungs. Normally I allow nuts after the age of 5years.
Recheck TLC, DLC after 2 weeks.

Hello , your child has low wbc count . Which is seen in viral fevers.give pcm syp for fever based on weight of the child.give plenty of oral fluids.
