Tiredness in legs feels like lifeless in legs ..I don't feel pain at all but feels like no energy to do any work as I am supposed to do

Overworked legs are feeling tired. Take complete rest from use of legs for 2-3 days and then begin from 50% of your daily work. Work for leg includes sitting continuously, sit to stand activities, standing, and walking. Every action where the leg is used for is work for the leg.

How many days have passed since this started. It may be due to muscle spasm associated with calcium and vitamin d deficiency in most of the cases.. Do you also feel like having fever.
Next Steps
You can start with hot fomentation,  take analgesic with muscle relaxant tablet, apply local analgesic ointment  over the site of pain, take calcium and vitamin d supplement. You can also start one protein supplement with milk. Ankle, Knee muscle strengthening exercises can also be done.
