Tiredness, Fatigue, Lack of Energy
Hello Doctor, I am 26 Years Female, Housewive. I am feeling tiredness, Fatigue, not feeling energetic. Feeling like heavyness in chest. Yesterday my Monthly period have been started. I have done CBC report 6 days ago. My Hemoglobin is showing low (10). I am taking Autrin Capsule night time since 15 days. Can you suggest any good Tablet for Iron Deficiency and Good Multivitamin Tablet. What can i do can u pls guide me in this matter

Keep taking autrin its will take 2-3 weeks for improvement. Also need to see the full CBC report, vitamin b12 levels, vitamin d levels, Thyroid profile. So that proper dosage and duration can be prescribed.
