Fatigue and tired, low vit D
Hi, My blood reports are quite concerning. My vitamin D is extremely low i.e 1. Vitamin D- 5.4 ng/ml and high cholesterol 2. Non HDL cholesterol - 177 mg/dl 3. LDL cholesterol - 156 mg/dl I always feel fatigued and tired all the time.

Take uprise D 60k sachet once a week for 6 weeks. For vitamin D.

Excercise daily •Stay Hydrated, Drink plenty of fluids. •Avoid beverages like tea , coffee, chocolates, etc •Avoid spicy and oily food and outside food •Take more green leafy vegetables and fruits. •inform SOS if required
