At what time you r going to bed n
have dinner? If up to 9- 9.30pm than take four biscuits n a cup of milk before go to bed.the early morning pain SLOWLY diminished. Cap ocid d before dinner and breakfast for seven to ten days.thsn REDUCED TO ONE BEFORE BREAKFAST as required ok.plenty of liquids like nimupani coconut water butter milk to be taken in abundance.light diet to be divided in four or five parts n taken FREQUENTLY in a difference of four hours. U will feel more energetic. Ok.
