Tiredness and stiffness
Sir when I wake up early in the morning my whole body is stiff and I am not able to move at a strech I feel really tired when I wake up in the morning and whole day I haev lot of fatigue and tiredness and an urge to go to sleep and sit on bed  that's it and sometimes I feel black out as well .I have done all tests cbc, kft, lft, Crp, vitamin D , vitamin Blevls evrything recommended by doctor all are okay.. but I feel really tired all the time. I have breakfast on time lunch on time and dinner as well .. but my energy is still low .. I started high carb medium protein diet as well .. but I still lack energy ? Can you please help me out . Please
