Hi,
This morning when woke up within few seconds muscles of leg get stiffed and not able to move or straighten the leg. When touched leg muscle found it was hard. And within a couple of minutes it was eased. Please guide what it is and why this happens and what need to to do for this.

This is called cramp of calf muscle.
CHOLECALSCEFEROL SACHET 60 oooiu one per week for two three week.
Take a bucket filled with hot water add common salt and dip your leg in hot water for ten to fifteen minutes, two times a day for seven to ten days or more as no cost but use full.
