Sudden stiffness in leg muscles morning
Hi, This morning when woke up within few seconds muscles of leg get stiffed and not able to move or straighten the leg. When touched leg muscle found it was hard. And within a couple of minutes it was eased. Please guide what it is and why this happens and what need to to do for this. Thanks.

It may be muscle spasm which is usually painfull I feel not to worry. Just take daily one glass milk.
