Tiredness and body pain
It has been 10 days recovered from fever. No fever, cold, cough. Feeing body pain and tiredness often, one day seems to be fine, other day getting tiredness or body pain. How long it will take for complete and recovery and to manage it? Not taking any medications now Kindly advise

in post covid patient body aches or fatigue is quite common don’t worry take multivitamin and vitamin c tablet for 10-15 days need good protein diet and hydration

Take any Multivitamins with Vit C for 15 days Adequate hydration and a healthy diet is advised Also take proper rest

These are common symptoms post covid. You need to relax and be positive towards the recovery Drink plenty of water as dehydration will make your muscles sore. Eat protein rich diet Also continue with the multivitamins, vitamin C and zinc supplements
