I'm 36 yr woman. Over past decade, I've put on a lot of weight and I haven't been serious about losing it. But now I've reached max weight, so I've had enough. I'm 5'2" and 80kgs.. I'm very sedentary but I've been trying to change. The only physical activity I do everyday is climb up and down stairs about 15 times everyday. Steps is around 3000. How do I start exercising? As I know I should start slow.. is stationary bicycle okay? Give tips please. My stamina is very less.
