I frequently see a very small lump with white pus on the lower eye lid. Pus is oozing out after few days and it disappears. Again I see the lump after a month or so and not at fixed intervals of time. Why is this happening? Is there any problem with this? There were no symptoms like loss of vision or blurrness. How to get out of this problem?

You appear to have a recurrent problem with some glands in your eyelids. The eyelids have numerous types of glands and the problem of each may look different and will need to be treated accordingly.
Try visiting an Oculoplasty surgeon in your vicinity as this speciality is pertaining to the eyelids. The consultant should be able to diagnose you properly and help you with measures to avoid the problem from recurring.

It can just be secretion of glands. Usually some times it becomes thick like paste and appears as pus. Proper lid hygeine should take care of it. Apply pressure over the margins and clear it off. Regularly do got fomentation and use Luke warm water to clear your eye lids
