Tiny bumps with white thing
Hello, doctor I am 25 yrs old and i have normal to combination skin for the past two month my skin is mot at all clear … some tiny bumps and bumps with a white dot always thr after coming back to home frm outside or even after rinsing face with just water at morning …. What is that ? Already consulted doctor and using sebamed foam cleanser acnestar oinment still no result and its there … and at sometimes it becomes red and can see all over my face … after using the ointment that it calms but next day again i can see that on my cheeks and jawline . Because after waking up if I just wash my face with just water and dab it with tissue or towel I can see that tiny white thing ...Please tell me how can i get rid of this... is t fungal acne or any other thing?
