Tiny bumps on face
From 2days I'm having very tiny rough bumps all over my face they are became itchy too. They came all of a sudden when I woke up in morning i saw them . Today i can see 2-3 pus filled bumps.
Kindly can you tell me the reason for this and some temporary relief until I got o dermatologist.

Hello,,,its not that clear in pic.but there is redness and dryness over face.avoid soap and use episoft cleanser to wash face.use moisturiser to face . apply desonide twice daily over rash for three days.

visit dermatologist for proper close examination of skin rashes.
