Tiny bumps on arms

Asked for Male, 9 Years

My 9 year old daughter has got small little bumps on her arms which are not itchy or red in colour. They are also not painful but have slightly spread to the front of the arms otherwise they are mostly to the back of the arms. Attaching a pic for reference.
