Tinnitus issue
I am a tinnitus sufferer, i am on absolut 3g for a month now after seeing a little bit reduction in tinnitus with Zyrtec. But its not. 100% going. I have observed one pattern that is when i turn my neck towards right and press the point mentioned in the picture the hissing/screeching sound increases considerably. Can this be eustachian tube related? I am unable to meet my ent doctor due to lockdown..

No it is probably not related to eustachian tube. you on pressing may be compressing  blood  vessel which might increase sound due to turbulence of blood flow in inner ear but nothing seems serious. stop doing this and just relax for few days if iis not disturbing your sleep.
