Tinnitus - Cant sleep
I don't know what's my root cause. ENT said there is a possible blockage of in-ear tube. When I read why it happens it's like I have done all of them. 1. I have used earphones everyday for long hours in the last 10 months, thanks to WFH. 2. I have been smoking. 3. I have sleep apnea for a long time. 4. I have taken zolpidem that can cause it. 5. I clinched my jaw the night it started as per a technique suggested by doctor to help relax and sleep. 6. I was stressed and struggled with anxiety. 7. It's cold where I stay and I can't tolerate cold weather. 8. I sleep in a wrong position - on my belly. All 8 can cause T. I don't know what caused mine. Taking gingko biloba + vitb12. But its horrible at night. I just cant sleep. It feels so loud in the head, music not masking it. Ears and jaws pain when I lie down. What do i do to sleep at night? Should i try ayurvedic sleep inducers?

Hope you have had a thorough evaluation done to find out the root cause of tinnitus. Listen to instrumental music. You can also download white noise apps on your phone and listen to that. If nothing works, you may have to use a tinnitus masker and/or tinnitus retraining therapy. Over time, it becomes less noticeable.
