Tinitus in left ear or brain don't know
If my hearing audiometry is normal then there is a chance of otosclerosis?. Which ct I have to do so that I find the infection gone to the brain or not. Is impedance necessary for checking tinitus. If everything is normal then why Tinitus occur? Tmj is normal, air easy passes from nose to ear on valsava. Then why tinius happening

Good afternoon Tinnitus occurs in otosclerosis due to bone remodelling and increased vascularity If otosclerosis is suspected then we can order ct scan of temporal bone high resolution But before that kindly get consulted to confirm the diagnosis

No in otosclerosis u must have audiometry finding .. Tinnitus can occur due to several causes. We have to rule out
