When I sit with palathi for more than 5 Minutes, then My legs are become tingling ("Khali chad jana")
I don't smoke. I don't do drink/alcoholic.
I am jain so food is also healthy and hygiene.
I do intake water
I play cricket, table tennis and work out
I can climb hills
I am unable to understand when palathi is causing me. Its been from last 2 years
