Tingling on feet
When I sit with palathi for more than 5 Minutes, then My legs are become tingling ("Khali chad jana") I don't smoke. I don't do drink/alcoholic. I am jain so food is also healthy and hygiene. I do intake water I play cricket, table tennis and work out I can climb hills I am unable to understand when palathi is causing me. Its been from last 2 years

As you are a vegetarian so you can have vit b12 deficiency. Non vegetarian food is the only source for vit 12 ok. Take Vit b12 supplements for a month ok. Happy.
