Dr I am having tingling and numbness on my left leg from buttocks to feet.when I try to place my feet down IAM not comfortable and I feel that I am walking with only one leg.feeling very giddy also.

Dear Madam, your tingling and having no sensation of feet on one side are indicative of the fact that you are developing some compression over your nerves in the back. I would advise you to consult a othopedician and get your MRI study done, as per your symptoms a fair trial of exercises may help, but if that does not help may need a surgical intervention.
