Tingling in left hand & leg
Since last couple of days m having continuous tingling in left hand & leg. Earlier used to have pain in my right hand & back neck. Consulted an ohtho and went through few tests. Slight disc bulge was found with low vitamin D. I took supplement for 2 months and now the tingling since last 2 days is uncomfortable

You should consult a physiotherapist.. This is because of nerve compression in the neck and lower back region.. Disc bulge compresses the nerve and creates tingling /numbness /heaviness /pain in the arm or leg respectively.
Next Steps
Go to a physiotherapist.. Ultrasonic therapy +TENS +Heating therapy +traction +strengthening exercises will be helpful for sure.
Health Tips
At home.. Rest +hot water fomentation +pain killer gel (in case of pain) +no long sitting /standing /travelling /driving /walking+no stair climbing +no cold exposure +no manual exertions +no weight lifting +no jerks +correct posture (sit tall).
