Thanks for sharing! It’s great that you're being proactive about your supplements. Since your iron is slightly low, and you're also taking B12 and calcium, here's a clear and safe daily timing schedule to help maximize absorption and avoid interaction: Yes — you can take all three in one day, but not all at the same time, because: Iron and calcium compete for absorption — should be spaced out. Vitamin B12 can be taken anytime, but better in the morning.
Next Steps
Morning (Empty Stomach or Before Breakfast) Iron Tablet (e.g., Ferrous Ascorbate or Sulfate) Take with a glass of water or orange juice (Vitamin C improves absorption) Avoid tea/coffee or milk 1–2 hours before/after Wait 30–60 minutes before eating breakfast 2. After Lunch Vitamin B12 Tablet (e.g., Methylcobalamin) Can be taken with or after food No food interaction; safe to take with lunch Boosts energy, mood, and nerve health 3. After Dinner or at Bedtime Calcium Tablet (e.g., Calcium Citrate/Carbonate + Vitamin D) Best absorbed with meals or after dinner Don’t take it close to your iron supplement
Health Tips
Hydrate well, especially with iron (can cause constipation). colored stools Continue for 2–3 months do contact me if you need further assistance

Better not to take both tab on the same time. Take calcium after lunch b12 after breakfast and iron at bedtime. Some pt has bloating after calcium supplement why it is good to take after lunch

Iron can be taken on empty stomach,  whereas b12 is better after meals. Calcium can be taken with milk for better absorption, but 1 to 2 hours after iron.
