You need to provide your exact reports. Also your symptoms, like fatigue, difficulty breathing (if present). You don't need a complete multivitamin perhaps, especially if you have specific deficiencies.
Multivitamins are just health supplements, they will mostly not correct deficiencies, especially moderate or severe. It's not a magic pill.
