Tightness in throat
I am feeling tightness in throat and looks like something stuck in throat .. I can feel mucous also in throat ..there is no pain no fever or any other symptom. I am facing this more than a month .. this happens every year but this year it has lasted long .. please help .. thank you

This can be either post nasal drip or reflux pharyngitis .. kindly consult an ent doctor in case problem persists ... Avoid having hot and spicy food, don't go to bed on a full stomach , drink plenty of water ..

It looks like Post nasal drip. Either because of chronic inflammation in sinuses or secondary to Acid reflux.
