I'm suffering from posthitis and consulted to an urologist, he has given me candid cream to apply daily twice but now I am facing tight foreskin problems. Is it a side effect of clotrimazole?

No clotrimazole doesn't cause tight foreskin.
Clotrimazole is a anti fungal agent which fights against common fungal infections.
Kindly get it checked out by a general surgeon in person for further evaluation and management.
