Ivf is only option if tubes are blocked. Tight os can be dilated when Ivf is planned

You should go for diagnostic hystero laparoscopy... To confirm the cause ,,, if some treatable cause...you can have natural pregnancy.... If not then you can go for IVF...... No IVF success rate is not affected by tight internal os

Your doctor has very clearly advised you you can try laparoscopy where in  the doctor can try to open up the blocked tube if it is not successful then IVF  would be the only option because for natural conception at least one tube should be open
