Tight foreskin
My foreskin can pull back in normal condition but it cannot do when errected. When errection occur foreskin tight halfway. I'm getting married in 2 months. Is it Nessasary to do circumcision or any other way..?

You can try with application of ointment but severity to be decided once i see the pic. Circumcision is better for long term results.
