I have this problem from last one year, when i clicked a photos of my anus i found there is like pimple kind of thing(attached photos pls check), its not paining or itching but when i go for toilet im hard to download. im fear to go for hospital and all,, pls tell me a need full solution with tablets or ointments. thanks in advance

Great u share pic too. It demands warm water seitzs bath for 20-30 min by applying warm coconut oil mixed with camper, consult AYURVEDIC Ksharsutra expert or surgeon in Ur city
