I am having severe heart pain and arm, shoulder,leg only left side of the body. Done ECG and echo , doctor said that is tietze syndrome but is serious ?? literally feeling heart attack when the pain hits.is it normal for this disease??in how many days will it resolve on its own.. facing from one month ..

It is usually temporary due to costochondritis. It usually subsides within few days.. sometimes it may stay for few weeks.

You should start with hot fomentation, take analgesic with anti inflammatory medicine, avoid heavy work..
