My wife is 34 years old...she is suffering nervous...and tideness...am consult a doctor...and CBP also done...hb-6.4
Pc-2.7l...what we done... doctor low blood..and eat good food..and fruits...what can I do...which is better ...which food taken...please suggest me...

Repeat question.already answered.hemoglobin takes time to increase .your doctor already prescribed iron,vit c,calcium.......can give more green leafy vegetablrs to further help with hemoglobin.iron infusion may be considered for faster results(speak to your doctor anout it)
HB is quite low ,better to go for blood transfusion or iron sucrorse preparation .. reasons for anemia needs to be evaluated for correct diagnosis and treatment
Hb6.4 is less...
May require some iron injections if symptoms are severe......
Add green leafy vegetables,groundnuts in her diet
