As above Dr target said, u many have urine infection. Do a urine-routine and microscopy and if it comes positive for bacteria then do a culture sensitivity urine. Till then have plenty of water and go for urination frequently. Take syrup vital 2 tsf with half glass water two to three times daily. However there is itching complains in cervix, so if there is any discharge from vagina, u need to have a gynecologist have a look. The urine infection and vaginal infection are vis-a-vis. One leads to other. So better confirm.

Hi there, your symptoms are suggestive of a urinary tract infection or a candidate infection if it's associated with a whitish discharge. You need to do Urine Routine test. If there's infection noted in the test, do a Urine culture and sensitivity test. Based on the results your physician can start you on the right antibiotics. Till then, drink a lot of water, and Cital syrup 2tsp in a glass of water, 3 times a day.
