Tickling and itching

Asked for Male, 26 Years

Good afternoon. Since 2 days I have been experiencing a funny tickling and itching sensation right below my left chest and sometimes below my left armpit. I have these symptoms when I have gas. The funny sensation comes and goes. I have done my ECG, 2d echo2d and tmt. All normal. Please help.
